Sales Manager /Regional Sales Manager / Territory Managers - Pharmaceutical Industry (Pune & South)
It is a Team Handling position
Should be Graduate/PG + 6 to 12 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
Exposure in handling "Antibiotics, Critical care, Injectables, Multispecialty, General products. Should have handled Sales in Hospitals (Government and Private AND Corporte hospitals) ;
Should have experience in Primary and Secondary Sales ;
Should be able to handle the Team (Medical Representatives, Business Development Managers etc.) ;
Should have confidence to represent the company's products ;
Should have excellent contacts with all relevant industry fraternities ;
Experience in Sales of Critical Care Products, Antibiotics and Injectables and multi-specialty products is mandatory ;
Skills required : Leadership, Negotiation skills, problem-solving, inter-personal and Team-building skills;
Should have analytical ability be result oriented.
Should have good presentation and excellent communication skills.
Should have excellent networking with the Stockists and Chemists ;
